Since 2005, Coronado Surfing Academy has been sharing the stoke with surfers of all ages, backgrounds, and experience levels — from local kids to first-time visitors, and from wide-eyed beginners to seasoned riders.

We’re more than just a surf school. We’re a tight-knit crew of ocean lovers with deep roots in the Coronado community. Having grown up on these beaches, we know every break like the back of our hand — and we love sharing that local knowledge with others.

Whether it’s your very first time seeing the ocean or you’re looking to level up your skills, we’re here to guide you every step of the way. From getting you comfortably suited up to helping you catch that first unforgettable wave, our focus is always on safety, fun, and a great experience.

We offer surf lessons for all skill levels, ages 6 and up. No experience necessary — just bring a swimsuit, a towel, and maybe a camera to capture the moment.
